In addition, when you log into the TryShare mobile application with your Instagram credentials we collect the media and profile information you maintain on that service.

Location Information In order to use and derive the benefits of certain aspects of our Service, such as our check-in feature, you may be required to enable data collection from devices you install the Service on. With your express consent, we may collect precise information about the location of your mobile device. Once you have consented to the collection of this information, you may adjust this consent by managing your location preferences through the settings of your mobile device. In addition, if you submit a post that tags a business, individuals may infer that you are currently at, or have recently been to, that location.

HOW WE MAY SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

Participating Businesses. We partner with third party businesses to offer our users special discounts. We may share your information with these businesses including relevant check-in information and tagged posts. We may also partner with these third party businesses to create cross-promotional campaigns and contests. To the extent you participate in these campaigns or contests, we may disclose your information to these companies to the extent necessary to manage the cross-promotional campaign or contest.

Service Providers. We may share your information with our vendors, service providers, and other third parties that perform services on our behalf. In addition, we may use third party analytics vendors to evaluate and provide us with information about your use of the Service. We do not share your information with these third parties, but these analytics service providers may set and access their own cookies, pixel tags and similar technologies on the Service and they may otherwise collect or have access to information about you which they may collect over time and across different websites. User Content. Our Service allows you to post public content about the places you visit and experiences you enjoy. We are not responsible for the other users’ use of available information, so you should carefully consider whether and what to post or how you identify yourself on the Service. You should not disclose your home address or the address of your place of business or other locations you routinely frequent through the Service.

Ad Network Providers. We may also allow ad network providers, including Google AdSense, to set and access their own cookies, pixel tags and similar technologies to collect information about Website use. These network advertisers may use this and other information they have collected about you to deliver targeted advertisements for products and services in which you might be interested based on your use of the Website.
